NOTE! Payment must be made individually, i.e. if you are two people who are going to run Double, two purchases must be made. Registration is only valid when payment is made!
Members have a 25% discount and can pay on site at the gym.
News
In April we will start the next round of Shape, Playground Fitness' own training program, a comprehensive concept for those who need help losing weight, or want to change your lifestyle.
During 12 weeks we will help you create the foundation for new healthy habits and find your training plan that will help you reach your goal weight. During the program, you will meet with your nutritionist and personal trainer regularly. You will train 2 sessions a week that are adapted and selected for weight loss. In addition, you will receive a 12-week training schedule adapted for you.
Price: 6800 SEK (if you have a member discount on services, it also applies here)

Fantastic gym with world-class machines! and several rooms with a focus on fitness/HYROX and not least boxing.
Great idea with in-house rehabilitation and several new additions including an IR sauna.
