Therese Johansson doesn't just look at your training, she has been a nutritionist for many years and will help you with the most important part first; a good and consistent diet. Based on your goals, she tailors a diet & training schedule. Therese has a background in several highly physical sports such as Boxing, American Football & Ice Hockey, she helps you with both strength and fitness. If you need to trim your eyebrows or style your beard after your session, she can also solve this as she works as a hairdresser and barber at Playground Fitness. If you wake up one day and feel that you need to get in shape no matter who you are but you need someone to give you the right pieces of the puzzle in all aspects of your diet & health, then Therese is the right person for you.

PT with Christoffer Gudmundsson

You will rarely see Christoffer Gudmundsson without a big smile on his face. If you want a training session with maximum energy from a very competent personal trainer, choose Chrille. Christoffer is very active in Crossfit and Hyrox and has many years of experience in functional training. He has a broad knowledge of training both functional and traditional. How should you train? How much should you lift? Why should you do this or that? There are many questions, but with Christoffer you get the answers and all the tools you need to be able to continue your fitness journey on your own.
